Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Client," "you") and AI Biz Connect, operating the LeadLoop service ("LeadLoop," "we," "us," "our"). By booking a setup call, signing up for LeadLoop, or using lead-loop.co, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or service.

2. What LeadLoop is

LeadLoop is a done-for-you lead-response service for real estate agents and teams. In plain terms, we:

• Set up an automated system (built on GoHighLevel and related third-party tools) that connects your lead sources (website forms, portal leads, missed calls, and similar) into one place;
• Configure automatic text and email replies, written in your voice, that respond to new leads and follow up over time; and
• Connect that system to your calendar so leads can book appointments directly.

LeadLoop is a service, not software you own — we build, host, and maintain the automation on your behalf using GoHighLevel as the underlying engine, for as long as you're a subscriber.

LeadLoop is a marketing and lead-response tool. It does not provide legal, financial, brokerage, or real estate advice, and it does not replace your obligations as a licensed real estate professional under your governing board, association, or regulator.

3. Fees and billing

Current setup fees and monthly pricing are posted on the LeadLoop pricing page at lead-loop.co and in your setup agreement; we don't restate specific dollar amounts here because pricing can change. The general structure is:

• A one-time setup fee, charged when you book done-for-you onboarding; and
• A recurring monthly service fee, billed on the schedule disclosed at signup, for as long as your subscription is active.

You can cancel the monthly service at any time; there's no long-term lock-in. Setup fees are for work already performed and are generally non-refundable once onboarding has started, except as described in the guarantee below.

4. The 14-day guarantee

To qualify, your lead sources and calendar must be properly connected and active during the 14-day window (this is part of what we set up for you at onboarding). If you have questions about whether the guarantee applies to your account, contact us — see Section 12.

5. Your responsibilities

To keep LeadLoop working — and lawful — you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information (name, address, phone) for A2P 10DLC registration and carrier compliance;
• Only use LeadLoop to contact people who have a lawful basis to be contacted (e.g., they submitted an inquiry, requested information, or otherwise opted in) — you are responsible for the leads you upload or connect;
• Honor opt-out requests (STOP, unsubscribe, "please don't contact me") immediately and not re-contact someone who has opted out;
• Comply with applicable law in the markets where you operate, including telemarketing/anti-spam rules (e.g., CASL in Canada, TCPA in the US) and your real estate board/association's advertising and lead-handling rules; and
• Keep your account credentials and calendar access secure.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use LeadLoop to:

• Send unsolicited messages to people who haven't opted in, or contact numbers on national do-not-call/do-not-contact lists in violation of law;
• Send deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content (including content that violates fair housing law — no messaging may describe or target a protected class of buyer or seller);
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with a brokerage;
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the underlying platform (GoHighLevel/Twilio) or overload our systems; or
• Use LeadLoop for any purpose outside real estate lead follow-up without our prior written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate service if we reasonably believe your use violates this section, with notice where practical.

7. Third-party services

LeadLoop is built on top of third-party platforms — principally GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (automation and CRM) and Twilio (SMS/voice delivery) — along with your own calendar and lead-source integrations. We aren't responsible for outages, message delays, or changes made by these third parties, though we'll work to minimize disruption and keep you informed of anything material.

8. Intellectual property

The LeadLoop name, message templates, workflows, and related materials we build are owned by AI Biz Connect. You get a license to use them as part of your active subscription; nothing here transfers ownership of our software, templates, or brand to you. Your own business name, brand, and client data remain yours.

9. Disclaimers

LeadLoop is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise that automated messages will always be delivered instantly, that carriers won't delay or block messages, or that any specific number of leads will convert into appointments or closed transactions (beyond the 14-day guarantee in Section 4). Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — market conditions, your responsiveness, pricing, and more — and we make no guarantee of income, commissions, or business results.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you're a US-based client, this section still applies — using LeadLoop means you agree to Ontario governing law for this agreement.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated to active clients. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or a violation of Section 6.
